Life is meaningful!!!!
Let's start my xanga with a happy blog!
Life is meaningful today!!!! I got positive result for my experiment!!Wahaha!
At Tue 7pm, I tried hard to do the Batch2 myxo agar diffusion assay on that stupid 5 strains (can't remember their names already :P), and they all turned out negative on Wed. Same for my extract crudes...Amanda had her fractions positive, they were just the same stuffs, why mine assay was negative!???!
But, but, THANKS GOD! Worked hard yesterday during normal working hours, and 2 of the 6 test strains showed positive result! I LOVE MY WORK! Life is suddenly meaningful again :D
Phil was right! Science is like this, you can't always make the experiment giving the result you want, and then you may be very upset
. However, if the experiment suddenly works for you, you will be all brightened up and energetic again! 
Oh hooooo~ I have energy to keep going with my project now!

清晨la....
五點幾鐘醒左, 唔知點解, 一直都瞓唔返...玩左一陣facebook, check 左email, 宜家已經六點半la...聽到微弱的火車聲來來往往, 路上的交通都慢慢繁忙起來了, 然後發現melbourne 到七點鐘都未天光....最近真係好多唔開心ge 事, 一下間好似以前做錯左好多野, 到今日要一次過乘受那些結果...好多時靜左落黎ge時候就會feel到眼有淚水, 愈想得深入, 淚水就愈多. 所以開始feel到眼有濕氣的時候, 就自己唔好諗咁多la....!
揾工作ge 問題, 感情ge 問題, 同church d 人ge 問題, 屋企人ge 問題....其實我諗呢d問題好多人都有ga la, 點解我咁容易就有挫折感ga....!環顧四周, 我所擁有ge野已經超過我應得的了, 我還要求甚麼呢...?神所看所憂心的跟人所想的不同,大概祂要在某方面訓練我吧....算la, 還是再試試睡覺, 迎接明天要做的事吧....
